By creating an account, downloading, or using Reflective ("the Service"), operated by Just Write Apps, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, device access, and any optional vault passcodes you configure. If you enable optional vault passcode encryption, ensure you remember your passcode, as forgotten local passcodes cannot be reset by our support team.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Reflective offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Reflective Pro") via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Web. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time in your account or store settings prior to the next renewal period.

4. Limitation of Liability

Reflective is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we prioritize industry-standard security and reliable cloud synchronization, you are encouraged to periodically export backups of your journals using our built-in export features.
